Project files do not contain footage - they just reference the footage on your computer. If you want us to test the footage, you must upload the footage separately.

I'm working on a key right now, but in the mean time, I would suggest you register your product through your My Account
page to receive full support for your product in the future. You can also change your name and avatar.
(Also, if you could upload lossless (or higher quality) footage, I could get a much better key. With blocky artifacts from compression, the colors and video information is not complete and gives an inaccurate key.)

I gave it a whirl... Basicly cause I was bored... But with the fottage you gave us, I have a few suggestions...
1. LIGHT your greenscreen and actor so the colors don't blend in certain areas.
2. Keep your green screen nice and smooth... While it works alright with wrinkles, you'll have less hassle without them.
3. LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT!
(I'll post my test in a bit)

You can check other lighting around the site.

It's not the lighting that makes this a tough key to pull off, but the compression. In my test
, the biggest problems are the black outlines and the glitches around the subject from video compression.
To solve this, you can upload lossless footage or I can create a preset for you to use with the settings I made to get the key.

if you can't recall what email address or other info is connected to your account, email email@example.com
with all the info you can remember, and explain the situation, and they can get you sorted.
