Hi guys, thanks for the help on the other topic!

I've created a fews seconds now and I'm happy but I wanted to find out the process for the Lightsaber Part 2 piece. It says something about applying this effect on top of your masked first layer...then I got lost...

Anyone happy to be a little more specific. I checked out the video tutorials and there wasn't anything about doing this...
