FAQ

Q: My prepared video won't play!
A: The videos that VideoWrap produces generally use one of two playback systems. You need to make sure that the computer that is playing the video has the required software installed, both of which are available as free downloads:

Click here to install Apple QuickTime.
Click here to install Adobe Flash.

Q: My Internet template play buttons don't work!
A: The various buttons on the Internet templates will only work correctly once all the files have been uploaded to the Internet. They will not function correctly if you load the page directly from your local machine. Once uploaded everything will work fine.

Q: I can't select my source video!
A: VideoWrap supports a wide variety of source videos. If your video format can't be used, try converting it to a high quality AVI or MOV file first.

Also make sure you have the latest versions of QuickTime and (on PC) DirectX installed.

Click here to install Apple QuickTime.

If you still can't get a video format to work, please contact FXhome.

Q: My uncompressed videos won't work on the Mac!
A: Uncompressed video files are not compatible with the Mac version of VideoWrap. This is the next thing we will be working on.

Q: My prepared video has weird lines all over it!
A: This is probably due to the source video being interlaced. Make sure you click the 'Deinterlace' option on the output screen.

Q: My prepared video is squashed/stretched!
A: Make sure you set the correct aspect ratio.

Q: Where do I get my key file?
A: If you have purchased VideoWrap you can access your key file and other downloads at any time simply by visiting the FXhome.com website and logging into your web account. Once you are logged in, head to your My Programs page.

Q: My key file won't work!
A: This is probably due to a corrupted download. Simply re-download the key file from FXhome.com and try again.

Did you already register your copy of Videowrap? It sounds like you just need to register it still.
