Contact lenses. If you want them to appear like a sith, that is the proper way to do it.

For a similar type of effect, though it won't look the same, you could use grading filters to shift the hue of the eyes, or draw a freehand neon light over the eyes and use that to shift the color.

If you do use contact lenses, make sure you follow the instructions and only allow one person to wear them, also wash them in the special solution otherwise you'll have all sorts of problems.

But how did the guys who made the commercial reel make the guys eyes glow yellow (he is also blue)?

The Fxhome commercial or the Star wars ones? In the Fxhome one, they used a gleam filter and a color changing method like described above. For the Star Wars ones, they used contact lenses like described above.

Thanks! I meant the FXHome one. Did they have to rotoscope every frame to make sure the gleam only applyd to the eye?
