I am trying to brighten up my video because the person is somewhat dark, hard to see. I have been fiddling around with some presets and tried some other filters etc.. but no luck. Can some explain how to fix my dilemma?

Thanks

I'd use a Levels filter probably. Brightness is an option of course, as is Gamma. You could double the footage onto another layer and play with blending options on the top layer, as well as transparency. There are a lot of techniques that could be used, and it is difficult to say which is best without actually seeing the footage.

Thanks Axeman, I'll try a couple of the things you mentioned. I appreciate your time!
