Posting a support query
Please make sure you read your PhotoKey manual before posting a support query. We aim to reply to support queries within 48 hours.
Checklist to include in a support query:
• Details about your computer specifications
• Details about your image files
• What caused the problem
• Any error message that appeared
Q: Where do I get my key file?
A: If you have purchased PhotoKey you can access your key file and other downloads at any time simply by visiting the FXhome.com website and logging into your web account. Once you are logged in, head to your My Programs page.
Q: My key file won't work!
A: This is probably due to a corrupted download. Simply re-download the key file from FXhome.com and try again.
