When someone acts as if though they are moving in slow motion, it doesn't actually look like they are. Is there any way to change footage of someone pretending to move in slow motion and make it look like they actually are?

Right click on the footage track and chose change speed. Then, were it says 100, set it to 50 or 25 or how ever much you want it to slow down.

If they are pretending to be in slow motion, it most likely won't look right. Have them move at normal speed, then slow down the footage in your editing program.
