Error -4045 whilst encoding [WIP]

Just bought the software and tried it for the first time and it crashed on the very first video, with the error code 4045, any help with this

Can you provide more detailed info about what you were doing, such as the format of the movie you were working with, what options you used in VideoWrap to compress it, etc?

The error -4045 refers to a problem decoding the audio/video stream. As Axeman has said, can we have some more information about the clip you were trying to compress?

Hmm, maybe its having trouble encoding your embedded uncompressed audio (wma is windows media audio are you sure thats what you meant? I don't believe that is fully supported). Try exporting the video from Premiere Pro 2 without the audio to test, then perhaps choosing a different codec.
