Well, I'm no expert but I know how this program works. Just free draw the demon and animate it. Maybe that would work. It will look better if you use the particle effect and put fire on it.

I know that there is an animated mask involved but what im talking about is warping the face and changing the skin texture and color, stuff like that you know

This is the best I can explain:

1. Get a green suit( preferably spandex so it fits tight.Put it on your actor(if you have a green screen background, make it different in a way so it doesn't ''blend'' to much.)

2. You should know how to do the masking so make a demon in another program like photoshop or my choice, photo impression.

3. Mask that in and you should be able to animate it in.

4.P.S, if your demon looks a little ''fake'', add a optical lighting with using a combination of light and dark.PBlus, the presets you can download here are pretty, well premade(duh). So using those effects and it should look pretty good. But Remember, I'm not a expert.I only have worked with the program, once I buy it and really start to work on it, that's when it will be better. Also use lighting in maybe like cracks in the chest and mouth, nose, eyes, ect.

5. As for texture, there is know basic way to explain, just full with the colors.

Hope this helps( Sorry I don't have a tutorial )
