This is a video I had to make for a new years eve party. It was made in four days. It's about a reporter who goes on a quest to find a big story to save his career. What he found was bigger than he expected. All the visual effects were made using Composite Lab Lite and I used WMM for the editing.

I found this movie kinda funny. The giant seems to have a club foot by the way he is walking. This movie could have been a lot better with some kind of costume other than a kid with blue jeans on. I think you did a great job on the editing and concept of the whole thing. Keep up the good work!

I agree with TKDMaster. I really think it's a good film though don't get me wrong. I liked the whole giant thing. It was cool.

Yeah, I'm still keying stuff I shot early last year - we should've got a greenscreen from Wal Mart - though it wasn't the screen that was the problem... bloody DOP pulled out. Oh well.

thanks for the comment. yeah, a lot of people think WMM is crap but u can actually do descent stuff once you know what you're doing. And you still can do your giant movie cause as far I I know, my movie is the only one that uses that effect on the website. It'd be cool to have more than one

How the hell did you get that shadow, that was awesome, the only thing to improve it would be to do a different sound fro when the giant stomps down but it was great. 5 stars!

For the shadow, all I did was copy the keyed Giant, change the position, change the color to really dark brown, then I added a blur to it. Since it was the exact copy of the standing giant, the movements matched perfectly.

And thanks man.
