When I animate something in Composite lab, it doesn't work the way it should.
I'll have an object I want to go right to left... Then after I drag the image over the screen
I watch it back, it goes LEFT to RIGHT.

Likely you are inadvertently placing the keyframes in the wrong spot. If on frame 1 you move the object to the right, and on frame 30 you move the object to the left, what happens in between? Does it move the correct direction?

Thank you Axeman, that seems to have worked...but one more question if you don't mind.
How can I control the SPEED of the object that I'm animating?

Is there a way to do it without having to keyframe each movement?

to control the speed just change the distance inbetween the keyframes.

Moving them closer will make it go faster and vice versa.

At first keyframes are quite difficult to get your head round
