How can I make a shaken camera effect???

That can be done with EffectsLab - basically, all you need to do is use the animation tools to increase the scale of the clip, and then keyframe it to move around the canvas randomly. Beyond that, some blurring filters, or depending on the effect, maybe a "Fragment" filter could be effective.

If so, its just like the previous poster stated. Just enlarge your clip beyond the borders and then move it every couple of frames and see how it looks. You can do a partial render to see if it looks right and adjust as necessary.

or of course, to make a shaking camera effect you could just shake the camera.

I made a preset for this, but it was rejected. it was an animation/grading filter that makes the camera look like it's next to an explosion. if you need it I'll email it to you.
