Just curious about general quality of videos encoded for YouTube using this application. I have Sorenson Squeeze. But so far, all settings (after YouTube's upload/encode) look lousy. Any thoughts/feedback?

If you try out the demo you can encode 10 seconds into the YouTube format as a trial to compare the quality yourself. However general consensus on here suggests that it does increase the quality a lot.

Most of our recent YouTube videos used VideoWrap to convert them.

Youtube's never going to look great, but that's about as good as you can get it.
