I purchased the Program for my son before Christmas and he has not been able to unlock the program as of yet. I believe he deleted the your E-Mail. Would you please re-send to to this Address?

It would be best to send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
explaining your situation and the pertinent information. Then they can re-send the email and get you up to speed.
