Hellboy was something of a sleeper hit - hardly setting the world on fire, but generally pleasing the fans with a superhero action film that concentrated more on character than flashy special effects (although it had its fair share of those, too). Hellboy 2 is out this year and hopefully it will improve on the flawed original in much the same way as X2 did with the original X-Men. Latino Review have a cool interview with director Guillermo Del Toro, so check it out.

I think the movie looks pretty cool, at least based on the trailer. It's always fun to see a (possibly) R-rated comic book film.

I really enjoyed the set pictures. Ive always enjoyed looking at what the set looks like without color grading.
