There's a new Iron Man TV spot out and it's all kinds of awesome. We recommend everyone stops what they're doing right now and goes to watch it.

Saw during Super Bowl, fantastic stuff. The rocket scene is the epitome of badass.

I can't wait for the movie! Iron Man was one of my favorites growing up too!

Now if they'll just make a Green Lantern movie I'll be set!

They do seem to have hit a perfect style for this movie - it'll be interesting to see how the other actors fare. Downey Jr looks perfect, but we've hardly seen anything of Paltrow or Bridges.

The tank sequence at the end is fantastic, but also looks strangely stylised, in a way that the rest of the trailers aren't - it has a more animated, soft feel to it. It looks great, but it doesn't seem to quite meld with the rest for me.

I noticed that as well. They do indeed not fit together. I wonder how the context of these scenes is though, as the rest of the visual effects seem to be pretty top notch - it's just this sequence that seems to look rather CG and comicy. Despite being absolutely stunningly brilliantly cool. smile

Looks great! I too agree about the tank sequence - it does look a bit out of place. I'm thinking it might not be entirely completed in terms of grading and/or visual effects. (Might be a bit odd to put it in a trailer if that's the case though)

Yeah, it could just be that it isn't finished, when the teaser for King Kong came out, the Kong model wasn't even in its final version, nor was most of its animation.

I agree with the rest of you guys about the tank scene. It almost looked post-apocalyptic, but cool nonetheless.

So after not really liking the first trailer that was out that much, I've decided that this looks officially bad-ass. Will definitely see this.

Ya I agree... How in the world did the Giants beat the Partiots?? I wanted the Giants to win, but based on the stats, it looked like Patriots were gonna dominate!

Still waiting for the new Indiana Jones trailer, there's a lot of movies coming out in May just like it, and it seems to be the only one without a trailer.

The suit looks bloody amazing. A perfect mix of traditional gold and ruby Iron Man with the Ultimates comic re-imagining of it.
