Sorry if this has been asked before.

Ok. So i made a glowing orb-like particle effect for my movie. It looks just the way i want it, But the problem is that its movement is really fast. Now i want a little movement, But not so much that it looks like it's going to explode. So is there a way to do this in EffectsLab Pro? Thanks.

There is a speed control for the particles; is that what you are after? Just above the Speed:Randomizer control there is a horizontal line, double-click that line to open the speed gradient and adjust the speed of the individual particles. The Gravity settings at the bottom of the particle attributes can also affect the speed at which the particles move.

Doesn't seem to be what i'm looking for... Is it possible to lower the frame rate in ELP?

Not on a particle effect, not without rendering. You can render out the effect, import it as stock footage, and then slow the framerate.
