Just out of curiosity, what are those strange shapes that look like "colored circles with pawn-like shapes in the middle" next to FX user names in all the forums, and what do they mean? (I've seen the colors blue, gold, red, and orange. Are these ranks or something?)

Thanks.

P.S.

Superusers are chosen by the team (AFAIK) and they are usually chosen for being helpful all the time, answering questions, being nice (even to people who seem to ask dumb questions), can show that they are mature and resposible.
