I was wondering if anybody could make a preset like what they used in several scenes of The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford. Here's a link to the trailer, the first few clips are what I'm talking about, with the slight bluriness on the edges.

I'm pretty sure you can do that with just the zoom blur. I'd suggest just playing around with it until you get something you like.

Yes, D3L3T10N is correct.

You just have to mask around the person or object you don't want to be blurred.

Would that also cover the lighting effect they have around the edges?
