I need stock footage for a car chase. I need footage that would be good for showing some one shooting out of the back of a car, and one from the front. Also window shots would be great.
If you know could give me some, find me some, or tell me an easy way to make some, Please let me know. Thanks.

That's not really something that would classify as stock footage. The person in the car and to a much larger extent the make/model of the car would generally have to match the rest of the movie.

The trickiest part about filming this actual would be the gunfire on the streets, so your best bet would probably be to set up a greenscreen behind the car, get your actors in there in a controlled location, get the shots you want, and then replace the background with appropriate moving shots, to create a sense of motion. then you could film actual footage of driving down the street, without guns, and cut the two together for continuity.

I started a car chase a few months ago, using axemans technique described above, and it looks fantastic. I reccomend it highly.
