I have a very new problem. Don't know what is happening, maybe a problem with my computer.
I place all effect as usually on Effectlab Pro (Muzzle flash) then I made a render in all possible format. I imported it on Premiere Pro CS3 and I was quite surprised to see that only one effect is visible when the clip is on the timeline...
I tried everything I could but nothing is working, very strange...
If someone knows something about that problem don't hesitate to let me know

Make sure your effect lasts at least 2 frames, else it may become lost when the footage is re-interlaced.

Each frame of standard interlaced video is made up of two fields (odd and even). Your computer monitor, which displays progressively, rather than interlaced, is showing the filed that doesn't contain the effect, so it seems to be missing.
EffectsLab shows the fields independently, for greater quality and accuracy when adding effects. So as Hybrid-Halo mentioned, if you make sure that your effect lasts at least two fields when you add it in Effectslab, you will be good to go.
