how do you interact with your clone like in the video of the girl playing catch with her clone on the front page?

The girl playing catch was done in two stages, you need yourself (or an actor you're using) infront of a greenscreen, then bring in someone else to throw the ball to and from the actor (they are offscreen). When you put the footage together you'll have a sequence of the actor throwing the ball and catching the ball, you just need to edit it together carefully.
