You film in front of a greenscreen, and use a keying filter.

And, in case you're asking how to cut yourself without using a greenscreen - which is what I understood from your post -, you'll need to use an inverted garbage matte. Then, frame by frame.

(So, long story short, use a greenscreen)

Yes, but if you want to do it with garbage mattes it is an insane amount of work. This is the exact type of purpose the greenscreen was invented for, and it works brilliantly.

You can also use a certain application called ToonBoom to do that... only you'd need to use a picture - not a video clip. Using ToonBoom will let you animate your arms, legs, and everything else seperately.
