When you buy any FXhome "Lab" product, you are given full access to the FXpreset library and the old Alamdv2 plugins library.

When browsing the plugin forum, you can see which application supports which plugin. Vision Lab is the only application that supports all plugins.

You are confusing plug-ins with presets, Staff Only. The plug-ins are just image files and image sequences, which can be used in any of the Lab software.
