Ain't It Cool have interviewed Simon Pegg regarding his upcoming portrayal of Scotty in JJ Abrams' Star Trek reboot, as well as the latest information on McG's controversial Spaced remake.

Other than the disaster-waiting-to-happen that is McSpaced, it seems that US Spaced fans are in for a treat with the region 1 DVD set, which will include commentaries from Kevin Smith and Tarantino as well as the regulars.

Oh, the article also talks about Run Fatboy Run, which is apparently being released in the US soon.

Really great interview, awesome to see that they are adding new commentaries for the region 1 release of Spaced. The commentary tracks on the region 2 set are gold. New commentary with Kevin Smith? Nice. Quentin Tarantino? Awesome. Matt Stone? He used to be really funny. Diablo Cody? wall

I remember your epic hunt for the Spaced DVD. smile In everyone's lives there is the period Before Spaced, and the period After Spaced.
