My green screen is outdoors and secured to the back side of my house. It is a heavy duty 12' x 16' green poly tarp with grommets along the edges.

I shot some video with it, but was unhappy with the results because the tarp was not smooth and had some wrinkles on it. The background photo did not look good at all.

Will your program, Composite Lab Pro, help remove these wrinkles?

I'm presently using Sony Vegas Movie Studio (Version 6) for my chroma keying. Is your program a "stand alone" separate program or is it a plug-in that could be used with Sony Vegas? What video formats can I load in?

My JVC Everio camcorder saves videos in the MOD format that I rename as MPG.

I have no trouble at all with the lighting, since I'm using the sun and it is evenly lit. I choose a part of the day when the sun is not shining directly on the tarp.

I went to Best Buy and could not find your program available for sale there.

In my experience tarps don't make the best greenscreens, as they are too reflective. However, CompositeLab can certainly help to improve the results you are getting. I encourage you to download the demo and try it out.

CompositeLab is a standalone application that works with either .avi or .mov footage. It is currently not available in stores in the US, but you can purchase it as a download or a boxed version from the website here.

If you upload a still image from one of your greenscreen videos we can probably give some tips on optimising the results, too.
