Hello All,

New boy question time again. I have watched and read the tutorials about applying masks, but my question is what do I need to do to get rid of the mask when I am finished with it? Can I just switch it off?

Thanks unsure unsure

I think you can just add a key frame where you want your mask to end but im not sure try it out anyway.

hope it works biggrin

You can also go to the first frame of the mask, draw it, and pull it back one frame where the mask is not needed. Then pull it off to the side of the screen. Then in the next frame (where the mask is needed) drag it back into the clip where you want it. Then you can draw the rest of the mask frames, and when the first frame comes when you don't want the mask, drag it off out of the shot, and you shouldn't have to worry about it being in the way later.

Yeah, simply drag it off the canvas when it is no longer needed. Watch your tweening though, you want it to immediately go off-canvas, not drift off gracefully. razz
