I was wondering how to make a lightsaber go On/Off in effects lab pro?

get a neon lightsabre and put it on the hilt realy tiny then move the time line slide to the key frame you want it to be fuly on so it's light a ligh sabre and play it back and fx lab should of put the farmes of it growing in for you then if you want it to go back to just the hilt (turn it of) press reverse true on the movie atributes there are lots of fourms like this.

In fact, here and here are two of the tutorials that have been written on this subject.

The Tutorials forum can be a good place to look if you have this sort of question.

I should also be noted that to make the blade completely disappear, you'll need to drag it completely off the screen on the frame immediately before the one where it should first appear and on the one immediately after the one where it should first disappear.

With lightsabers, you can start the effect where it first appears, and end the effect at the frame where it disappears.

I think you are getting confused with masks, which require moving them out of frame to make them disappear.
