After shooting a high school prom with my green screen, I used PhotoKey for post processing and adding backgrounds. It appears as though any of the ladies dresses that were of the blue spectrum were changed so that the color balance was off. I.E. a blue dress seemed to become purplish. A teal colored dress blueish. Flesh tones remained constant without any problems. The originals (direct from camera), when opened in PS have the accurate color rendition. It would, at this point, only seem to be a problem in the blue spectrum with PhotoKey. Does Photokey require color correction after removing the green screen?
Thanks for any help.

Try reducing the amount of spill suppression in the 'key' section. This filter is designed to remove trace elements of green reflected onto the subject by the greenscreen, but it can sometimes also have the side effect of altering the remaining colours.
