on the muzzleplug for AE you can turn the flashes 3D, without in jumps, as apposed to VLAB and ELAB where it is choppy when placing the flash.

its kind of hard to explain, but if anyone knows, is there a way to do that for ELAB or VLAB? i'll really help in placement

If you mean show the canvas updates dynamically as you drag the sliders, no, it doesn't work that way in VisionLab or EffectsLab.

well i just got AE cs3, so i think for now i'll export some flashes, if thats legal, is it?
