im editing a short star wars film for my friend using green screen. however, i dont have a background to work with. if you guys could help me by giving me a good website to find good star wars backgrounds, i'd really appreciate it. i need a corridor and a window like the one the emperor looks out of

Gold Member is a good place for free 3D models of many sci-fi locations (not just Star Wars, either)

I'm glad you made thius topic, i was looking for sci-fi backgrounds too, but, are these backgrounds free? and if not does anyone know where to get free backgrounds?

Here's something that may help. This isn't free but I'm using this program to make space, Planet and natural enviroment backgrounds for my films. Vue 6 Esprit. I started with Vue 6 Easel and did a side grade to esprit. If you have enough computing power, time and skills one can make fantastic animations. I've made some fantastic static backdrops.

The software company has a few YouTube videos showing its capabilities.

It can also make some fantastic titles for films. Its only limited to your creativity and imagination.

I plan to use it for my next film - The Robot Planet & The Robosapien.

This question has been asked soooooooooooo many times! Just search the forums here on FXHome; you'll find plenty of what you're looking for. Also, try GOOGLE!!!! Plenty of stuff there.
