Hi there, love the product, all except I am getting a thin black or white thin outline around my portrait subject when the program extracts it from the green screen that is still apparent when I put it on a new background.
Any suggestions would be much helpful. This is taking me a looooooong time in photoshop to take out effectively.

Would you mind showing us an image of what this outline looks like inside you Photokey software?

Hi there, I uploaded two photos to:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/27867945@N05/

One of them is the screen captor in the photokey software. No black line is really apparent.

The other one is when I have combined it with a screen in Photoshop.

The black line is also apparent when I combine it with an alternate screen in Photokey & looks exactly the same as it does in Photoshop.

The line that I am referring to is the shadow like line along her arm.

Thanks in advance for any comments/suggestions

It's hard to tell from such small images, but looking at the thumbnail preview of your foreground in the PhotoKey screengrab, it looks like your lighting on the greenscreen is very uneven, with the right side being in shadow. This is most likely what is causing the line around your composite.

As Tubetape said, if we can see a the original image in high-res it'll be easier for us to give advice.
