Leaked set photos suggest that Bumblebee is getting another upgrade, somehow getting hold of the designs for a rather futuristic concept car that looks like it's dropped straight out of The Jetsons movie. It's all very snazzy, but we can't help but think that they're (yet again) missing the point that Bumblebee was meant to be a small, unassuming, ordinary vehicle, to reflect his personality. But, then, it's not as if the robots' personalities are top of the writers' list of priorities...

That's really too bad. I would have to agree that Bumblebee was not meant to be flashy or sporty car... I think that they should sell the car to me for dirt cheap, and then get a more fitting car to "play the part" wink

Rise of the Fallen? They seriously couldn't do better than that?

Weren't you, like, two years old when T2 would have been advertised?

An early victim of consumer culture, perhaps? razz

Hmm, I really think the "old" design is way better - was way more realistic and down-to-earth (for a concept car). But perhaps when we get to see it on screen it'll really be...more than meets the eye. (sorry, couldn't resist). I'm pretty happy as long as the cars are presented with more of the same epic music by Steve Jablonsky to be honest wink
