I lost my last hard drive on my PC. now with the new one when I installed and activated photokey it will not perform its normal functions.
Will not: remove green, positioning seems not to be working and some other functions . do I need to have the password /key reset?

Are you sure you're importing your greenscreen images to the 'foreground' layer, and not the 'overlay' layer?

You might also want to try changing the color difference key from "Automatic" to green. This can be found under the KEY section. Sometimes images with large amounts of blue will cause the automatic sensor to pick blue as the background.
Also as Tarn suggests make sure the image to be keyed is in the middle box
