is there a way to make the technicolor look in clab?

(detail):

can you take black and white footage and use three strip methods to add color?

thanks in advance

The only good way to make black and white footage color again is to paint it in by hand. Theoretically you could colorize three channels and add them together, but for that to work, the three black-and-white clips you use would have to accurately reflect the color data of the R,G, and B channels. Otherwise, the colors won't add up correctly.

You may be able to take color footage and make it look like 3-strip technicolor. VisionLab has a filter specifically for that, in fact.
