Hey guys I just saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bf4gBaQU3cg And this guy used after effects but Is there any way to do this in visionlab?

Yup, this should be possible as long as you've got a good selection of stock footage.

I did a vaguely similar effect on a much smaller scale for Coalition of Heroes:

Check out the behind-the-scenes clip.

It's mainly about careful animation of stock footage, combined with some nifty grading.

It's not so much about technique as the animation and artful use of stock footage. The reason that guy's effect works so well is that he's made some very, very good decisions about what stock to use and how to use it.
