I'm finding the Neon.Spotlight effect to be a great tool for accentuating energy ball weapons fire. I'd like to be able to quickly resize the size of the Neon Shape without having to resize the shape manually by dragging each of the 11 anchor tabs to new positions. I'd like to be able to shrink and grow the default shape like I can using the Scale operator on particle effects. Is there a way to do this?

As far as I know, that's not currently possible, although you're right that it would be a very useful feature.

There is a way to do that; use the scale tool.

Under the shape attributes, it is at the top, in the row of all the tools for the neon lights, farthest to the left. Next to the rotate tool.
