I would like to completely reformat my hard drive as I'm been getting the odd Blue Screen of death since installing XP service pack 3.
Before I do, does anyone know what impact this has on the website recognising my PC when I try to update to the latest version.
In other words, I don't want to reformat and then FXhome wrongly thinking I'm trying to run their product on two different PCs.

Reinstalling is not a problem.

FXhome is very good like this smile

I believe it shouldn't be a problem. You may need to re-download your key file, but that only takes a second. Others have switched VLab between two different computers without a problem.
