When you start a new project, make sure that the project's settings match the resolution of your footage. Start a new project, make sure the resolution is 1920 x 1080, then import your footage. This is assuming you want the output size to be 1920x1080 as well.

If you want to output it to a smaller size, createa project at the resolution you want the final output to be, and use the animation controls to reduce the size of the footage to fit the window. Specifically, the Scale control, found in the animation controls for any given layer of footage.

So now your picture is smaller than the canvas? To begin with it was bigger, wasn't it?

Sorry, I'm not understanding. What is your native language? There may be someone else here that speaks it, and they could help you more effectively.

OK, excellent. Could you explain your problem in spanish, so that when those users who know the language show up, they can read your problem and hopefully help you solve it?
