Okay, I'm baaaaaaaccccckkkkkk...

Thanks for the great tutorial, I have been able to do a basic force jump.

Here is my new question???

How can you add a trail from the objects trail?

I downloaded Axemans bullit trail, however when I added it, I cannot see any effects? I do see effects when I download Cosmic Energy.

I'm not sure what your asking, do you mean like dust or smoke following you as you go up?

Yes and No...

What I am hoping for is a ripple in matter that is due to the thrust of the person performing the jump.

Kinda like you would see in a vapor signature that follows a jet.

It will be a matter of using a displacement map to create the ripple. You will need some image to create the shape of the ripple, that will be the alpha source of the diplacement map. I'd start by trying a particle effect, like a smoke trail, and applying displacement to that .
