Hey!

IS it possible to run EffectsLab Pro with two monitors, by that I mean either having the timeline on one screen and a fullscreen preivew on the other. Or having a very long timeline spreading over both screens. Can you do this?

I think so. I you set your screen settings for two screens then I think E lab will adjust itself, but I don't know.

If you have a decent graphics card and the monitors are set to 'extend my screen onto 2nd monitor' under your graphics properties. I do something similar with my desktop monitor and projector.
