Advanced Jumper Effect

Hi Ive just been wondering how a Jumper effect

I dont want to just dissapear and reapear adding a BAMF effect over it.

Things I think you have to do to create the effect below. Camera Shake, Displacement Map...

This was made with After Effects but I hope someone can help. Ive been messing around hoping to come close.

I thought it was fantastic. though there wasnt much to the reappearing, though i may be mistaken, but it thought it was great
