When you say 'page', do you mean the PhotoKey page on this website, or do you mean the PhotoKey program's actual interface?

Either way, what resolution is your computer display?

Hi Tarn,

We've heard this issue from other users. Does PhotoKey need a specific minimum screen resolution ?

Any advice would be great.

PhotoKey has a minimum resolution of 1024x768.

PhotoKey Batch can go down to a minimum resolution of 800x600.

Although if anybody is doing graphics work in those resolutions, I'd seriously suggest investing in a new monitor and/or a new graphics card. smile

In fact, chances are people running at those resolutions simply don't realise their computer can do better resolutions, or don't know how to change it.
