HAIR has white spots and looks like digital break up what can I do to fix this. what is the cause for this do i need better lighting on the green screen do i need the subject more far form the green screen also this happned more with light brown and dark hair colors

Its impossible to say without seeing pictures. Preferably a decent quality version of the original image, though a shot of the results you are getting would likely be helpful as well.

Like Axeman says...posting a picture or providing a link will help a great deal. Sounds like you might be getting some spill from the background. Most problems usually involve lighting and the positioning of the subject.
