I'm new to this forum as well as photokey, I tried out both versions for intel mac as trials and had no printing problems with standard photokey and lots of issues with photokey batch in print mode. I lose half my dialog boxes for print set up with photokey batch using both epson inkjet and sony dye sub drivers. My main printer for this use will be a sony udp 150 and I'm not having any success with thephotokey batch software and printing dialog. looks like there are software issues with batch printing software.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the printing dialogs, unfortunately we don't currently have access to a $2000+ dye sub printer to see what the issue is. I'm guessing on the Mac perhaps there are extended dialogs native to the OS X platform, I will look into this and see if we can use different printer settings for both Mac and PC, but I'm unsure as to if and when the development of this can take place.
I've noticed that when you press print, you can click the arrow button to the right of the printer name to extend the dialog slightly, in the combo box midway down that dialog, you can select "Printer Features", does this not have the settings you are after?

The printer feature arrow just expands printer box basic features. This suggestion does not work as a solution. I have tried about a dozen hours of work around tricks without sucess.
Access to the print set up dialog box is allowed using the original photokey demo version.
The batch program will not open dialog boxes in any of the six printers I have in my studio.
(All epson as well as sony ( the sony printers are available on ebay for around 500.00)
You are selling direct print ability with photokey batch using the mac intel platform, however at present it seems like this is not a working function ( and from the if and when response it may not be in the cards in the future). At present I have no control over print output due to omitted print dialog boxes using the intel mac platform.
All other aspect of this product are well developed and function flawlessly, however without the ability to print direct using this software the program is worthless for my needs as well a very large market share of event oriented photographers. I would think potential sales would drive a solution to the problem.
Please advise and thanks for quick response.

Thanks for the information. We'll add a Page Setup dialog to the next update of the software.
