Hi
I just got this program in the mail, so I am new to the entire set up .... before opening the box I noticed that the requirments said that you needed MAC softwear ........ is FX Home a MAC only program ? ... it never said anything about this on the websight .... I only have PC ........ can someone answer this question for me ???

I know some programs are both but there is nothing on the box that says one way or the other ........

The programs should work with either PC or Mac. I can guarantee you it will run on your PC.

I bought the wrong software product by mistake! What do I do?

If you purchased the wrong software product, or the wrong platform, DO NOT download the key file. As long as you DO NOT download the key file we can exchange the product.

If you have already downloaded the key file there is unfortunately nothing we can do, as there is no way for us to physically recall the product.
As long as you haven't done this, contact the FXHome team at team@fxhome.com

It's cross-platform, so there's nothing to worry about. The box requirements are slightly out-of-date, as cross-platform support is something we added relatively recently.
