I have a scene that has an all yellow background. I was wondering if I can use this like a greenscreen and take it out so I can add a different background?

You might be able to. If you use a chroma key, you can select any color you want to be removed. Click on the pipette and drag to the color you want to select in the frame.

The tricky thing about yellow is that if there are any people in the scene, skintone typicalluy has a lot of yellow, so removing the background without affecting any visible skin can be tricky.
