intellectual property rights

On the page where you upload screen shots of you're films there is a message that reads, "In the event that you produce and provide to FXhome any text, images, movies or sounds ("the Material") you hereby agree to release any intellectual property rights which you may have in the material to FXhome and expressly authorise FXhome to use the material in any manner or for any purpose whatsoever."

So am I to understand that by uploading images I am giving the intellectual property rights of the work that I have created to FXhome? Because I have no interest in doing that.

You're giving us permission to use the screen shots on the website, and possibly other media in the future. If you don't want to give us that permission then that's fine. But in that case, there is no point in uploading the images, as we won't be able to display them.
