Guidelines Disappear

I have a strange problem. When working with any type of guidelines, whether it's a mask or a neon light effect, the lines disappear when I zoom in a certain amount.

Never seen this problem before, maybe it has to do with your computer's hardware?

What are the system specs? Try restarting the computer or the program if you haven't already. As a last resort, you could reinstall the software.

this has happened to me as well but only when i scale the footage up for close or detailed work such as masking so i just scale the footage back down a bit.

right, that's what i do right now. the thing is, it shouldn't be happening in the first place. so i'll attempt to re-install visionlab. but if that doesn't work i dunno what to do

yeah you're right. it shouldn't happen. sometimes part of the mask disappears as well but i thought it might just be a glitch. the effects still work when I'm finished so at least there's that.
