Yeah, the superhero one has much more obvious special effects. The two sequences are quite good at showing the two different 'types' of effect - the sort that you will always notice, and the sort that hopefully you won't notice at all.

the beach one for the layman who didnt know how it was put together, well people just think they had loads of guys, props, blank firing weapons, squib hits and mortars etcHehe, that's the best compliment you could give, really!
anyone see the omaha beach one on youtube as well please?Yeah, that one is fantastic! I'd love to have tried some big epic shots like that, but we didn't have the time, alas. They also made some great use of imaginative composites, with the cliff-climbing bits. Maybe next time!
